A home rather than a house. You won’t find industrial kitchens, sleeping porches, or multi-stall restrooms at KA. Instead, you’ll find single rooms, comfy couches, a clean environment, and a place that truly feels like home.

- Floors: 3 (Bedrooms on all three floors, no sleeping porch)
- Bathrooms: 3 (One shared bathroom on each floor)
- Kitchens: 3 (One shared kitchen on each floor)
- Parking: Three reserved spots + two street parking
- Backyard: We have a big backyard that’s perfect for concerts, barbecues, and other events
- Laundry: We have a full washer and dryer at no extra charge, so there’s no need to lug laundry to the parentals
